Privacy policy
Shop Local Kalamazoo is built for the local community. We collect only what we need to run the directory and the text deal alerts program, and we treat your information with care.
What we collect
- Business owners: name, email, phone, and listing details you choose to publish.
- Text subscribers: first name (optional), mobile number, ZIP code, and the categories you're interested in.
- Consent records: the exact consent text you agreed to, when you agreed, and the page you signed up from.
We never sell or share your number
We do not sell or share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties for marketing purposes. Your number is used only to send you the Shop Local Kalamazoo deal alerts you asked for.
How to opt out
You can stop receiving texts at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by using our unsubscribe page. We'll mark your number as unsubscribed and send no further messages.
